Refrigerator for preserving blood
The
preservation of blood is subject to very strict requirements. Blood is perfectly
preserved at a temperature of +4oC (+/- 1.5oC). The new
blood banks from Electrolux offer optimal conditions for preserving blood and
blood products, and conform to blood standards.
This refrigerator enables hospitals, laboratories and universities to preserve
blood bags and blood products in compliance with the relevant standards and in
complete safety.
By virtue of its practical dimensions, the BR 320 refrigerator offers optimal
storage capacity for preserving blood bags. For efficient and ideal storage, it
is standard-equipped with three drawers, two shelf units and 25 racks that are
very easy to handle.
The GOLD safety standard implemented on this unit is as follows:

The alarm history stores all significant values occurring as of a temperature alarm: average, minimum and maximum values and the duration of the alarm phase. |

Alarm test: Simulation of a rise or fall in temperature to verify the correct operation of the alarm. |

Alarm following prolonged opening of the door. This alarm message is also displayed if the door threatening the temperature. |
