for the storage of products at very low temperatures
This freezer provides optimal conditions for the long term storage of blood
plasma and red cell samples at very low temperatures (-86oC).
This refrigerator allows hospitals, laboratories and universities to store
biological material such as blood plasma or cell samples. The
refrigerating system with 2 cascaded compressors is used specifically for
low-temperature freezing. These compressors are cooled by air directed across
the condenser to provide extremely rapid freezing while keeping sufficient power
reserves. A special dust guard grille protects the compressor ventilation.
All
these low-temperature freezers conform to the following safety standard:
key-operated opening and closing, digital temperature display, audible and
visual alarms in the event of power failure or abnormal temperature deviation,
memory-storage of the temperature, key-operated power switch, remote alarms for
allowing off-site monitoring, and alarm operation ensured by a re-chargeable
battery in case of power failure.

The upright design of the interior facilitates loading and unloading. The inner cabinet enables efficient stock management, being divided into three compartments containing several height adjustable shelf units. It contains two shelf units. each of three compartments is provided with a separate inner cold loss when the freezer is opened.
* The amb. temperature must be always be 5K higher than the Set Point.
